Data controller
Trihelia. Legal name, tax ID (NIT) and address: pending. Email for personal data matters: admin.trihelia@gmail.com.
What data we collect through this site, and why
Through the “Request a pilot” form: full name, role, institution, institutional email and, if you write one, a message. We use them only to reply to your request and agree on the scope of the pilot. We do not sell them or share them with third parties for other purposes.
This site uses no cookies. We measure visits in aggregate, without identifying anyone.
Authorization
We ask for your prior, express and informed authorization through a box you tick before sending. We keep proof of that authorization: the date, the text you accepted and where you accepted it from.
Data inside the platform
Data processed inside the portal (portal.trihelia.com) is governed by the agreements with each institution and by the terms the portal presents at sign-up. The most detailed visibility level, each student's individual progress, requires that student's authorization.
